Are you looking for the most powerful self-confidence formula ever created? If so, you’ve come to the right place!
In this exclusive writing (confidence coach for men), I’m going to reveal a virtually unknown “Sealed File” technique that can be used by almost anyone… to instantly increase his level of self-esteem & confidence to a degree that is truly humongous!
What Is Confidence?
Confidence is the boldness of a well-informed decision. It is the certainty of an unshakable core. The courage to take risk and know you will be just fine.
Confidence is a choice. It is a decision you make inside you that radiates out from your center. It is not the result of external circumstances. External circumstances merely confirm or deny your internal state.
The choice of whether or not you have confidence is made by you alone. It is a choice based on your true inner nature. Therefore, people are not confident. They have no clue about their true natures. They live as though they are victims of external circumstances.
Why people lack confidence
People don’t have enough faith in their own abilities. They are overly concerned about what other people think of them. Most worry too much about what might happen if they try something new. People are paralyzed by a fear of making mistakes.
These are all symptoms of a deeper problem that stems from a lack of faith in oneself. This has many ramifications. From dysfunctional families to broken relationships to struggling in business, this is a condition that plagues millions.
Myth About Confidence
Confidence is not something you are born with. Confidence is a state of mind. And like any other state of mind, you can develop it, rebuild it, improve it… or start over.
In fact, confidence is something I think about a lot as a coach. Because I see so many people stuck in a rut, not taking action, not believing in themselves. And it breaks my heart.
For years I had a problem with confidence. Whenever I had to do something, I would freak out and second guess myself. No matter how many times I tried, I just couldn’t get it right. But through a combination of effort and persistence I finally got it.
The 3 main ingredients of confidence
There are three main ingredients to building self-confidence. And I’m going to reveal these ingredients today. The first ingredient is feeling like you belong. The second ingredient is feeling like you’re good enough. And lastly, the third ingredient is believing in yourself. Let me show you how to build self-confidence using these three simple principles.

The First Ingredient: Belonging. Feeling like you belong is one of the most important things for your self-confidence.
Why? Well, when you feel like you belong, you have a group of friends that support and encourage you. You have an online community that cheers you on. And you even have family members that are happy to see you succeed.
These connections give you a strong sense of belonging. It makes you feel like you’re not alone in this world. And that gives you strength.
Question is: how do you feel like you belong?
Here is a ways to boost your belonging feeling. Make new friends. I’ve noticed that people get really nervous when they enter a new social situation for the first time.
But if you prepare for the event, and actually go to the thing, you won’t have this “I-don’t-know-what-to-do-now” feeling. You can even set up a meetup with other people that are going to the same event as you.
For example, I recently joined a gym with a bunch of other people that were also starting out on their fitness journey. We all met up at the gym the first week, introduced ourselves, and made friends. It’s been over 6 months now, and we still get together once or twice a month to work out and hang out.
Join a club or class. Doing something with a group of people makes you feel like you belong. And when you sign up for a class or join a club, you get to know the people in your community even better.
You can do it by-yourself, but with a good team around you, it’s just lots easier.
The Second Ingredient: Good Enough. Feeling like you’re good enough is another important factor in your self-confidence.
Why? Because it gives you the courage to try new things. And take on challenges. When you think you’re good enough, you can finally beat that fear of approaching women you have for years. Or you can finally start that blog that’s been nagging at your brain.
The thing is, you don’t need to be “good enough” to hit a specific number to feel like you’re good enough. Instead, just focus on improvement.
Here’s a real life example: It was insane when I used to spend hours on YouTube trying to rank my videos in Google. I would literally sit in front of my computer for 12 hours at a time, editing videos and posting them. My focus on getting more views was crazy that I didn’t stop to consider whether or not what I was putting out was any good.
I felt like I needed to keep pumping out content if I wanted to get more views. Which meant I was never satisfied with the videos I was creating.
That’s when I decided to take a step back, evaluate my content, and improve. It wasn’t easy. I had to re-edit every single video from the beginning. I had to be honest with myself and I finally came up with a system that made sense. I took the time to create a system that would allow me to create videos consistently.
When you feel like you’re good enough, you can try new things without feeling like a failure. This is one of the most important ingredients for building self-confidence. Why? Because it gives you the motivation to push through challenges. When you believe in yourself, you can focus on the end result instead of getting bogged down by the little steps along the way.
The third Ingredient: Believing in Yourself. Here’s the deal: If you believe you can do something, you’ll feel more confident taking that first step or making that big decision. And when you believe in yourself, you’ll start to attract other people who also believe in you.
Let me give you an example… A while back I decided to become confident and successful in dating. And at the time I was pretty sure (with doubts) I could do it. I just needed to take the first step and create a plan.
So I created a process that outlined everything I needed to know about dating, including how to approach women and get dates.
Then I took action. And because I took action, I attracted a great girlfriend after only 6 months.
Even if it’s hard to believe in yourself fully at the moment, you must find a little bit of belief to get you going.
If you don’t believe in what you’re doing or where you’re going, no one else will. And if you want other people to believe in you, you have to believe in yourself.
Now, there are times when you might not feel like you deserve something. Maybe you didn’t perform up to your expectations on a goal. Or maybe you’re afraid to ask someone out because you think they’ll turn you down.
In those cases, you can still find a way to “fake it ’til you make it.” Just imagine how you’ll feel once you achieve your goal. The end result isn’t as important as the feeling you get right before you take that first step and start believing!
How to gain and keep confidence
#1 You can increase your self-confidence by taking action.
I’m very big on taking action. And when it comes to boosting my confidence, taking action is one of the best things I’ve ever done.
For example, let’s say you want to feel more confident speaking in front of groups. Well, the first thing you need to do is pick a group that you want to speak in front of.
If you want to get a date, ask someone out on a date. If you want to get promoted at work, apply for a raise. The more you take action, the more confident you will feel.
How about another example? Let’s say you want to learn a new language. Well, the first thing you need to do is sign up for a class. The more you put yourself in situations where you have to speak in front of people, the more confident you will feel. It really is that simple.
If you want to learn how to approach women, start with small approaches. Get rejected a few times. Then, gradually work your way up to larger groups. Finally, after you feel comfortable doing that, go out and get rejected. You’ll eventually build up your confidence and make bigger and better approaches. Need help? Get in touch.
#2 You can boost your confidence in a specific area by reading books, watching videos, or talking to people in that field.
For example, let’s say you want to get more date. Read books on dating, watch YouTube videos from experts.
Talk with a dating & confidence coach, who can teach all about how to become confident and start attracting more women. A dating coach will teach you the art of seduction, how to talk to women (and not freak out if you don’t know what to say), how to close more dates, and lots more.
Talking with other people in the field will give you a feeling of community, which makes you much more likely to take action.
Journaling is an amazing way to boost your self-awareness. Start by writing down three things you did well yesterday. Then, write down three things you want to work on tomorrow. That way, you can focus on the things that are already working for you.
How Do You Boost Self-Awareness? Self-awareness is important for improving almost every area of your life. It’s important for your relationships, your health, finances, work, study habits, athletic performance, intelligence, social skills, leadership skills…the list goes on and on.
